XO Marriage Conference Simulcast Event
We thank everyone who made our first Silver Spring Church of God simulcast event a success: Dr. Doris Tucker for initiating the event, Reverend LaJuana Caldwell for overseeing the hosting and finding us the best projection screen, and Senior Pastor Bishop William R. Kilby for approval to go forward with the event; Bro. Ross Lewchuk for technical help in installing the screen and setting up the internet connection; and most of all, everyone who attended this two-day event! We had 14 to attend on Friday, and 8 on Saturday, despite the bitterly cold weather.
The Silver Spring Church of God hosted a 2 day internet simulcast marriage conference event over the Valentine’s Day weekend, featuring Jimmy and Karen Evans, and Dr. Henry Cloud, renowned Christian marriage counselors. Called “XO 2016” and broadcast live from Gateway Church in Dallas, Texas, the conference offered a wealth of Biblical wisdom backed up by real life testimonies. It was a blessed way to spend Valentine’s weekend! Please join us next year for XO 2017!
