On Sunday, February 7, 2016, Bishop Livingston Rolle and his wife, Sister Janice Rolle, were officially anointed and appointed as the Senior Pastor and First Lady, respectively, of the Silver Spring Church of God. Church of God DelMarVa-DC Administrative Bishop Tom Madden performed the service in accordance with the Minutes of the General Assembly of the Church of God of Cleveland, TN. Attending the service were many family and friends of the Rolle’s. Bishop Rolle and Sis. Rolle will officially take over their positions on March 1, 2016. Bishop William and Reverend Rose Kilby will continue on at Silver Spring as Pastor and First Lady Emeritus.
